Hello!  My name is Christi  and you are in Christi Beth's corner of the

world.  I wanted to share a little about myself.  I am 6 years old and

in the 1st grade.  I love reading (especially non-fiction), singing,

playing music on my fiddle, piano or any other instrument I can get

my hands on, going to church and playing softball.  I like to watch

UK basketball games with my Dad and go SHOPPING with my

Mom.  I totally dislike going to bed early, bees and having to be

quiet.  My favorite subject in school is English.  I enjoy being with

my family, going to bluegrass festivals, swimming and playing with

my webkinz (stuffed animals).  I like collecting webkinz animals,

care bear glasses and my littlest pet shop characters.  When asked

at school  my  greatest  accomplishment  for  2007,    I replied,

"Becoming a follower of Christ".  I was baptized this summer!

I started showing an interest in music very early.    When I was

2 1/2 years old,  I got my first chance to sing in church with my

Mom and Papa.  I think that's when I fell in love with singing to

an audience.  Over the past 3 years,  I have been so blessed to

be able to sing with some great musicians,  Rhonda Vincent and

the Rage,  Pine Mountain Railroad, Clay Campbell and the Ky

Opry band,  SWIBA house band and more.  This past year  I

performed with the Stars of Tomorrow at the Kentucky Opry

and was so excited to receive the 2007  Crowd Pleaser Award.

One of my most exciting performance's this year was performing

with Pine Mountain Railroad at the Ernest Tubb Record Shop in

Nashville, during IBMA Awards week.   I also enjoy singing the

National  Anthem and have had the opportunity to sing at many

     pro and college level events.

But like most kids my age,  I still love to play and have fun.

I  was so excited this past week.  We FINALLY got some

SNOW!   It hasn't stayed around long enough to build a

snowman or anything,  but I did get to practice making some

      Snow Angels.
